Setbacks are part of every athlete’s journey—but how you respond is what separates good from great. In this session, athletes will learn how to recognize common setbacks, understand why they happen, and build the mental and physical tools needed to bounce back stronger. We’ll dive into real challenges like injuries, slumps, confidence dips, academic stress, and role changes, and teach simple strategies to reset, refocus, and rebuild. This workshop is designed to help athletes develop resilience, improve consistency, and turn obstacles into growth.
